The ZX-ET001 is a single-chamber helmet cleaning and sanitizing machine designed for motorcycle and cycling service locations. Measuring 750×680×1900mm and weighing approximately 200kg, it features a 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen and Android RK3288 controller. WiFi, 4G, and Ethernet connectivity are supported. Operating at 220V/60Hz with a maximum power of 2000W, it provides a dedicated self-service helmet care solution.

The single-chamber system combines steam cleaning, UV exposure, and ozone treatment for helmet cleaning, odor management, and hygiene care. Two cleaning programs and six detergent formulations provide options for different cleaning needs and compatible helmet materials. An external air-circulation fan helps dissipate heat generated during operation, supporting routine helmet maintenance.

Designed to process one helmet per cycle, the ZX-ET001 supports per-session or time-based service pricing. Optional coin, bill, and card payment modules accommodate different markets. Connected management enables remote order records and equipment alerts.
