The ZX-ET001 combines two independent helmet care bays within a 750×680×1900mm vertical cabinet. Starting at $1,800 and weighing approximately 200kg, it features a 15.6-inch FHD touchscreen and RK3288 Android controller with 2GB RAM and 8GB storage. WiFi, 4G, and Ethernet connectivity make it suitable for commercial self-service helmet care installations.

Each bay can follow a separately scheduled treatment cycle, keeping customers' helmets physically separated. Steam, UVC exposure, and ozone treatment form a multi-stage cleaning process, supported by two operating programs and six detergent options. Forced-air ventilation helps remove residual heat, making the system suitable for routine helmet cleaning and odor care.

The machine supports pay-per-session operation with optional coin acceptors, bill validators, and RFID readers. Factory-integrated plumbing and cleaning components simplify on-site setup.
