ZX-FD001 is a 36-channel refrigerated vending machine with a base chassis price of USD 1,400, carrying CE and RoHs certifications and HS code 8476810000. It measures 900×910×1900 mm (packaging 1020×970×2060 mm), weighing 280 kg bare and 320 kg packed; power supply 220V 50Hz, rated 110W and peak 830W. Physical buttons paired with a 4.3-inch blue screen let users enter a channel number to buy, with the number and amount due shown on screen. It runs offline by default, supports an optional 4G module for cloud access, and dispenses goods by rotating vertical spiral springs.

The machine uses air-cooled frost-free refrigeration with two compressor options: the 220V version pairs a Dongbei compressor with R134A refrigerant, while the export 110V version can switch to an Embraco compressor with R290 refrigerant, keeping the temperature steady at 4–23°C. The cabinet features 50mm polyurethane foam insulation and a double-layer vacuum glass door with heated anti-fog function. The standard layout has 6 layers with 6 channels each (36 channels total); storage is 47.5cm long, 120cm high and 45cm deep, with a 20cm layer height. Six spring types fit tissues, betel nuts, snacks, bottled/canned drinks and instant noodles; capacity ranges from 300 to 420 items, and the channel layout can be flexibly adjusted.

Card reader, bill validator, coin acceptor, ICT coin changer and cloud management system are all optional, combined freely according to local payment habits to avoid unnecessary hardware costs. Spring sizes can be adjusted free of charge to match product dimensions; paid add-ons include exterior stickers, pusher shelves, hook channels, conveyor channels and a 110V compressor. Suitable for pedestrian streets, scenic spots, hotel lobbies, entertainment venues, university towns and similar high-footfall locations; the unit ships with a power cord, motor, warranty card and nameplate labels.
