Sub Item Quotation:Body cost, custom mold modification fee, logo screen printing fee, optional accessories (temperature controller, scanning motherboard, compressor upgrade), shipping fee, taxes and fees
Differentiation: Spot standard machine price, small batch customized price, and large batch mold opening price.
The customer confirms the plan and signs the purchase and sales contract
The customer confirms the drawings, configuration, unit price, and delivery time
Draft The Contract: Specify the specifications, customized content, payment method, acceptance criteria, delivery location, breach of contract liability, and warranty period.
Collect a deposit and start sampling/mold making
Standard: 30%~50% deposit
Minor C (Color changes, Silk screen logo): No need to create a new mold, arrange production samples directly;
Structural Redesign (Changing cabinet size, New cargo lane): Charging mold fees, developing sheet metal drawings, and opening new molds;
Produce a prototype, take real videos/pictures and send them to the customer for confirmation.The prototype is confirmed to be correct, and mass production scheduling is issued
After the customer signs and confirms the prototype, the workshop arranges it into the production plan and puts it into production according to the previous process flow: Design and Development → Sheet Metal → Welding → Spraying → Foaming → Pre Assembly → Final Assembly.
Production follow-up+pre factory inspection
Mid Production Stage: Real time production videos and semi-finished product photos can be taken in the workshop to synchronize with customers;
Finished Product Completion: complete electrical inspection of the entire machine (shipment testing, refrigeration testing, payment debugging);
Customers can come to inspect the machine on-site, or we can provide inspection videos and photos.Settlement of final payment, packaging and shipment
After passing the inspection, the customer shall pay the final payment; The whole machine is covered with dust-proof film and packaged in cardboard boxes/wooden frames, and logistics/container loading is arranged; Provide packing list, delivery note, and customs declaration documents (for foreign trade orders).After sales warranty and long-term repurchase maintenance
